A better way to work.
A better way to care.

Call us crazy, but we believe caring for high-acuity children isn’t a part-time, pick-up-a-shift kind of job.

Families shouldn’t have a revolving door of nurses. And nurses 100% deserve more than being treated like on-demand workers.

So we’re doing home care differently—the way it should be.

Exceptional care. Consistency and stability. Real commitment. And a team that stands behind you.

If you’re ready to be part of something better, we want to hear from you.

Learn more about how we’re changing home care.

Our specialty: Private Duty Nursing.

Private duty nursing isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. We focus on one-on-one, in-home care that gives nurses the time, consistency, and support they need to make a real difference.

Private Duty Nursing (PDN) is like working in a long-term care facility—except your patient’s room is their home. You’re their constant. No rotating teams, no shifting faces—just you, building deep connections and delivering skilled, compassionate care every day.

In home care, you’re more than a nurse. You’re an advocate, a teacher, and often, a trusted part of the family’s support system. And at FPP, we’ve got your back. We help you set boundaries, manage expectations, and create a stable schedule—so you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional care to the children who need it most.

real careers.
real support.
real impact

At FPP, we do home care differently. Our business model sets us apart, offering stable, career-path jobs for nurses who are passionate about making a difference.

If you’re in this for the long run, we’re here to support, champion, and celebrate you every step of the way

We’re not a faceless corporation—we’re a network of dedicated agency owners who take this work personally. Some of us come from nursing. Some of us have been on the receiving end of home care. All of us bring years of experience and strong beliefs about how to do it right.

And doing it right takes more than just caring—it takes structure, direction, and the right support. Great care happens when there’s a team behind you, managing expectations, setting boundaries, and ensuring nurses have the stability they need to provide consistent, high-quality care. Families count on us to bring not just compassion, but expertise—and that’s exactly what we do.

We’re thoughtful and intentional when matching families and nurses, clear about expectations, and committed to setting everyone up for success—nurses, families, and the children we serve. And if you ever need anything? We’re always just a phone call away.

We believe home care—done right— is one of the most impactful, meaningful careers out there. If you do too, let’s talk.
